- Perform business development to acquire clients by various ways and maintain accounts.
- Understanding clients' requirements and needs clearly to create job orders.
- Liaise with clients and job seekers according to the job's requirements.
- Perform full cycle of selection & recruitment such as: Sourcing, Interviewing, shortlisting suitable candidates according to clients requirements, arrange interview for clients.
- Positive and self-driven.
- Posses CEI certification would be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented.
