As an Aftermarket Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued satisfaction of our customer base by providing technical support and solutions for our extensive range of aftermarket products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and develop recommendations for product improvements. This role demands good technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Aftersales Support Engineer (Air Power Dept.)

• Handle technical support and follow-up enquiries from sales, distributors and end-users.
• Handle aftermarket parts & maintenance contract enquiries.
• Handle warranty and follow-up claims from sales, distributors and end-user.
• Support site assessment and provide machine installation recommendation.
• Support on startup and commission of Industrial equipment (Air Compressor / Air Dryer).
• Support on maintenance and overhaul project of Industrial equipment (Air Compressor / Air Dryer).

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have experience in handling industrial equipment (Air Compressor / Air Dryer)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Mechanical servicing / Electrical servicing environment with troubleshooting skills on Mechanical / Electrical.
• Hold a Class 3 Driving License.
• Proficiency in computing skills, including MS Windows, Office, and Outlook.
• Be willing and able to travel overseas as required to support our overseas customer base.
• Able to travel overseas.
