Job Description:

• Conduct routine and daily checks on food safety, hygiene, quality, process, and general guidelines of Halal requirement
• Prepare and maintain food safety, hygiene, quality, and process
• Perform daily periodic site walks of the whole facility
• Conduct retention sample checks
• Coordinate with microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.
• Follow-up with Procurement on investigation and corrective actions on raw material complaints/customer feedback.
• Assist in internal audits and support external audits
• Prepare and liaise with the warehouse team on export procedures
• Perform basic troubleshooting and liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow-up
• Support to customers' requests/feedback
• Preparation of training materials e.g. photos, attendance sheet, and assessment

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of exp in QA/QC role in manufacturing field.
• Cdds from food manufacturing/processing industry are highly preferred.
