    About the role:
    Provide quality oversight for the CSO project, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
    Review and approve acceptance tests and reports promptly, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Assess, review, and approve qualification/validation exceptions, deviations, and/or investigations that occur during acceptance test execution, representing the Quality department.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate, plan, and facilitate the successful execution of project activities.
    Actively participate in project meetings and provide quality assurance input for project planning and decision-making processes.

    Ensure that any changes in the project scope or execution are assessed for quality impact and approved by the Quality department.

    Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor, which may include supporting other technical changes within the organization.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory requirements, and ensure these are reflected in internal processes and documentation.


    About you:
    Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in qualification/validation within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
    Strong knowledge of quality systems, cGMP guidelines, and regulatory standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing and validation.
    Experience with reviewing and approving technical documents, such as acceptance tests, validation plans, and reports.
    Proven ability to manage deviations and investigations, and to make quality-related decisions.
    Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
    Proficiency in the use of quality management systems and documentation practices.
