Description
Shipping Assistant (Import/Export, Office Hours, Woodlands, Up to $3000)

Salary Up to $3000 + Transport and Flexible Benefits + Bonus


Location:
Woodlands

Report to Shipping Manager


Job Scope:


  • Oversee import, export, reexport, bonded warehouse, and DIT operations.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty partners for export scheduling.
  • Prepare essential shipping documents like B/L, COO, and Packing Lists.
  • Generate monthly reports for Import/Export Shipments and indicators.
  • Ensure ontime delivery of shipments.
  • Work with freight forwarders for bookings and shipping arrangements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Nitec/Diploma holder in relevant field
  • At least 23 years with Shipping Experience.
  • With SAP experience has added advantage
