Description
**Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to identify potential quality issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Liaise with audit, Customer, ISO certification, and Regulatory departments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for qualityrelated problems.
  • Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data and monitor process performance.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track and communicate performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, yield, and reliability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and improve supplier quality performance.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and practices.
**Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical / Materials Science, other relevant disciplines

  • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality engineering role.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus.
