Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparatory work of the branch, including site leasing, local personnel recruitment, and personnel management;
- Coordinating the company's administrative management work, including air ticket purchase, hotel arrangement, airport pick-up and reception work;
- Cooperate with the person in charge of the technical department to manage employees, and assist new employees in entry and check-in.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in administrative management, human resources
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in Singapore, understand the business operation mode and management process;
- Be conscientious and responsible, have strong problem analysis and solution skills, and be able to withstand certain work pressure;
