Job Description & Requirements:


  • Manage a team of cleaners
  • Plan work schedule
  • Attend clients' meetings as required and resolve any issues as arises
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Oversee periodic cleaning works
  • Resposible to train cleaners
  • Responsible for up keep of sites' machinery and tools
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Must remain contactable in event of any facility's emergencies
  • Interview and rercuitment of cleaners
  • Check and report daily cleaners' attendance
  • Responsible to maintain floater cleaners team
  • Bonus if able to speak mandarin to mandarinspeaking workers
  • Possess class 3 manual licence
