    Roles & Responsibilities

    Manager, Corporate IT

    Our client is a prominent healthtech company, seeking a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Implement ServiceNow ITSM features as per business needs and requirements.
    • Ensure that all incidents and requests are resolved as per SLA.
    • Support, build and enhance patching and upgrade requirements along side user experience.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide demo and support user acceptance testing.
    • Support in all implementation and rollout exercise.
    • Propose improvements and review codes in the customization of the ServiceNow platform.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Asset management, CMDB implementation and data normalization.
    • Prior experience with core modules (Incident, Problem, Service Request, etc )
    • Relevant certification such as ITSM, ITIL, CAD, etc
