- Implement ServiceNow ITSM features as per business needs and requirements.
- Ensure that all incidents and requests are resolved as per SLA.
- Support, build and enhance patching and upgrade requirements along side user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide demo and support user acceptance testing.
- Support in all implementation and rollout exercise.
- Propose improvements and review codes in the customization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Asset management, CMDB implementation and data normalization.
- Prior experience with core modules (Incident, Problem, Service Request, etc )
- Relevant certification such as ITSM, ITIL, CAD, etc
