- Own and grow the relationship with the primary client point of contact and build relationships with senior clients
- Ensure client expectations are clearly defined and managed at the start
- Manage client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and beyond, ensuring issues and challenges are actively identified and mitigated
- Manage commercials of account(s) from brief to billing, ensuring that all projects are profitable, efficient and effective.
- Oversee project management timely completion of the tasks, coordinate across practices, identify potential risks and issues. This should be delivered through exceptional management throughout the process of briefing, planning, execution, and delivery of the work.
- Develop strategic relationships with key agency partners as well as key vendors and be a point of escalation
- Provide timely and work reviews to the team to aid in their development and progress.
- Resilient and creative in their pursuit to identify and acquaint themselves with industry persons-in-charge
- Be diligent and creative in their research abilities and efforts
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
