Responsibilities:


- Responsible for deliverables from the SW QA test team - Communicate and coordinate with Team lead/Product lead on day to day testing activities - Possess the capability to understand QA test cases and update them based on user scenarios if necessary - Work with client/onsite coordinators as needed to resolve questions or problems


Requirements:


  • Strong Knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC troubleshooting.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computing / IT
  • Basic knowledge in networking and wireless technologies
  • Basic QA and hardware/driver testing knowledge
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within short notice
  • Customer oriented mindset with positive working attitude.
