  • Mission Statement:_
  • Champion the alignment of technology, data, and business processes to empower organizational transformation. Proactively design and implement solutions that enable strategic goals while building a mature Enterprise Architecture practice within a dynamic environment._


  • Scope:_

  • Financial: Optimise costs, mitigate technologyrelated risks, and inform strategic investment decisions that support revenue growth and innovation

_- Non-Financial:
Enhance decision-making, agility, operational efficiency, data-driven insights, and cross-departmental collaboration through a robust architectural foundation._

  • Key Responsibilities_
  • Strategy Translation: Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand goals and pain points, translating these into technology roadmaps and actionable solution designs._
  • Capability Modeling &

Data Governance:
Map current and desired business capabilities, identifying gaps, and championing data governance principles to ensure data integrity

_- EA Practice Development:
Create foundational processes and frameworks to drive architecture consistency and project-level EA engagement, even in an initially immature setting

_- Solution Design & Implementation:
Architect complex solutions considering scalability, performance, security, and business requirements, guiding implementation where needed

_- Mentorship & Evangelism:

Coach less experienced team members, foster an EA-aware culture, and clearly communicate the value of EA to diverse stakeholders.

  • Qualifications_
  • Experience: 5+ years as an EA, with proven solution design and implementation experience, ideally in organisations undergoing similar EA maturity growth

_- Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of business strategy, processes, and KPIs, with the ability to link these concepts to technology solutions

_- Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills tailored for different audiences, from executives to technical teams

_- Framework Knowledge:

Solid understanding of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and their pragmatic adaptation to the organisation's needs._- Technical Expertise: Background in multiple technology domains (cloud, networking, security, etc.) and how they integrate at the enterprise level.

  • Data Fluency: Proficiency in data modelling and data governance principles
