Description
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders

  • Develop detailed implementation plan and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Report and escalate to project steering committee as needed
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other departments across Income to solve processrelated problems and to ensure that the right implementation of holistic solution to meeting the requirements
  • Perform impact analysis across projects to identify interdependencies and plan timelines in line with the set priorities
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing
  • Prepare documentation of implementation plan, processes, workflows or business requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure smooth delivery during implementation & transition period by monitoring and executing the required changes.
Business Excellence

  • Perform operational tasks on account opening, KYC support, collateral management, cash and fund trade processing, investment linked funds related tasks including processing subscription and redemptions flows and fee payments. These tasks include oversight and verification of those which are outsourced to the transfer agent.
  • Investigate and engage with relevant internal and external parties (such as custodian, fund managers and transfer agent) to follow up on queries and address queries and issues.
  • Provide operational support for private investment funds which include cash management (capital call/distribution), fund administration, monitoring and reporting. Also supporting the investment team on portfolio management matters and ensure that daily operational matters are managed well.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Solid organisation skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in project planning, time management and other project management skills
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them to completion
  • Conflict resolution experience
