Hello We are a small local renovation firm with over 30 years of renovation and construction experience since 1993Looking for a
Full-Time Adminstrative Clerk to handle most of our business affairs
- Generating invoices and quotations as per Project Managers' requirements.
- Declaration of tax to IRAS.
- Application and submission of Renovation Permits to the necessary authorities in Singapore.
- Basic human resource management.
- Basic mathamatics knowledge for simple accounting purposes.
- Able to use computer softwares i.e. Microsoft Office, One Drive proficiently.
- Must be able to speak/ write fluent English.
Working Hours/ Benefits:
- Monday
- Fridays, from 9am 6pm.
- Flexible lunch hours
- No overtime work
- 13thMonth bonus
- Basic annual leave + paid medical leaves
