Operation Specialist - Singapore - SIMS RECYCLING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

Description

• Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives, including SimsMMway Program, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment.
• Perform physical and technical tasks at Sims facility and clients' sites including data centers.
• Perform receiving and check in into Sims portals.
• Manage daily orders and ensure service level standards (SLA) are met.
• Simple repairing and grading of IT assets.
• Unpack and sorting of cargoes.
• Prepare mass balance reports after sorting
• Prepare reports for NEA.
• Support SHEC and certifications audit.
• Other duties as assigned.

• ITE or equivalent work experience in IT or Similar field
• Some warehouse experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Forklift license (preferably)
• Dedicated team player
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficiency with MS EXCEL
