Job Description:

• Provide quality customer services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
• Booking of appointments,processing billings and payments.
• Obtaining and correctly recording customer information.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell other products and services.
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned (eg; admin duties,assist physiotherapist)
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the gym, treatment room
