Job Scope:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the construction schedule
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other main contractor to ensure smooth project execution
Lead, supervise, and motivate construction teams, including skilled and unskilled labor
Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource utilization
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, addressing any performance issues as needed
Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations
Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from project specifications
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site
Identify and address potential safety hazards, implementing corrective measures as necessary
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment
Manage inventory and oversee proper storage and handling of materials onsite
Monitor project expenses and work closely with the project manager to stay within budget Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and any changes made to the original plans

Job Requirement

More than 10 years of site supervisory working experience in construction industry
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
Indepth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Having Certificate of BCA Supervisor safety course will be a plus
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Able to work under sun exposure hazard environment in construction site
Open minded, empathic and patiently as required to handle workers
Ability to solve conflict and crisis management
Detailed, independent and possesses leadership skills
Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices
Required to travel between different worksite
Able to work under harsh working environment but not limited to sun exposure and dusty working environment Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
