In the role of Consultant, you will be making a considerable impact in several key areas of the business:

Recruitment

Targets & Activity:You'll contribute to setting and be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activity targets to maximise opportunities for outstanding overall performance.

**Sales & Business Development

Job Pipeline Development:You'll be working towards ambitious business development targets and ensuring a strong pipeline of committed business for the future.

Proactive Client Approach:On a consistent weekly basis, you'll be proactively approaching clients and prospects and arranging discussions and meetings to better understand their recruitment challenges and future needs.

Proposing Recruitment Solutions:You'll be presenting targeted recruitment solutions, which directly address clients' needs and then discussing objections and closing with key decision makers on the terms of business of working together.

Cross-Selling:You'll not only be presenting your own services to clients but will also be introducing and cross-selling other services and the wider company as a whole, in order to develop joined-up thinking opportunities.

Market Awareness:You'll be keeping a keen eye on developments within your marketplace to help you to consistently identify opportunities for new business development.

Data Input & Documentation:Experts need great data, so you'll be taking data input very seriously and always adding detailed notes and feedback into our systems on a day-day basis.
