    Roles & Responsibilities

    Archi Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project and resolve drawings discrepancy.
    • Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
    • Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
    • Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
    • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
    • To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements, specifications and tender clarifications.
    • To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
    • Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
    • Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
    • To liaise with RTO for inspection and resolve and monitor rectifications.
    • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
    • Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
    • Other ad-hoc job assigned by Project Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Construction, preferably in HDB Project.
    • Good sense of structural and architectural design.
    • Good track records & working experience with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
    • Experience in handling HDB BTO project is required.
    • Good communication and people skills.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks.
    • Able to work independently without supervision.
    • 5.5working days per week at HDB Construction site.
