Roles & Responsibilities

Organize, select, and plan the transport of our products to (international) customers via sea, air, express and road transport.

Prepare the transport documentation for the goods to customers.

Review invoices from the transporter/forwarder in consultation with the finance team.

Manage special requests, non-conformities, and complaints.

primary contact person for the customer is to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key in Sales Order in the system.

Process & arrange for Samples Requests.

Handle SFA Food Export Cert & VET Health Certificate applications.
