Description

• Packing of daily orders
• Servicing existing retailer accounts and opening new accounts
• Delivery of orders
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly basis
• Increase brand awareness in the market
• Maintain instock and presentable condition
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
• Updating the team regarding retailers visits
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
• Assist with possible exhibitions such as Pet Expo etc
• Animal lover ( might have to handle and work with animals)

• Required, MUST Love pets.
• Possess positive working attitude and able to multitask
• Able to work across multiple brands.
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of pet products is an advantage

• Salary

• Probation Period
• 3 months probation period needs to be served after joining the company
• Working Hours
• 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
• Saturday will be 9am to 1pm
• Leave policy
• You are entitled to 10 days annual leave after probation period.
• Additional 1 day will be given after every 1 service year with the company to the maximum 21 days of annual leave.
• You are also entitled to Medical Leave of 5 days after probation.
• Commission by sales tier
• Petrol & Cash card claimable up to $400 per month.
