Overview of the Merchandise Analyst role
We're responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer by using data and customer
insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless,
friction-free, inspiring shopping online. You will also ensure that the site is delivering a consistent
marketing narrative with all channels.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and track Tactical Calendar (seasonal and weekly site builds)
  • Perform Product Data UAT, Set Up + Maintenance
  • In charge of Daily reports to manage PIP (Product Information Page) performance and verify
assortment against categories

  • Manage No Longer Available + New Sku Reporting
  • Review Product Ranking and Weekly SEO updates from action plans
  • Monitor the performance of Related Product setup and GrouptoCategory setup
  • Creating/building out Categories, PIP Thumbnail set up/quarterly updates
  • HTML coding of content pages
  • Home Page setup and flips
  • Attend monthly and weekly meetings
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Manage thirdparty integrations for rich relevance & faceted navigation

Criteria

  • Min tertiary qualification and 2 years of ecommerce or related experience
  • Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
  • Strong affinity for the products and brand
  • Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, fast pace, and a changing environment
  • Experience working in a global business and across multiple time zones
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and vlookups)
