- Interact with Project Managers and key stakeholders to establish work scope and develop work strategies.
- Provide support and advice to Project Managers on all aspects of Project Controls.
- Adhere to Project Control Plan and coordinate with site construction Project Controls department.
- Ensure site construction projects comply with defined Global work processes, reports, and procedures for cost control, planning, risk, and document control.
- Assist in coordinating Lesson Learned sessions for projects with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for schedule management, cost management, risk management, change management, and document management.
- Develop and validate new Micron Project Controls System (MPCS) and conduct end-user training.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, performance, and trends.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and advise Project Managers and management with mitigation plans.
- Degree in engineering, project management, construction, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant field in the Semiconductor industry, oil and gas, Petrochem, or Pharma.
- Takes ownership of deliverables and works independently or as part of a wider group.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and effective communicator.
- Proficient in MS Office, project control platforms, and automation dashboards software.
- Managerial experience in managing Team of Project Controllers.
