Description

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent

Must have experience in the following technical platforms:

Operating Systems:
Linux, Unix and/or Windows

Middleware Technologies:
Axway CFT/Synchrony Gateway, BMC Control-M,

Monitoring and Data analytics tools:
OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos

Scripting tools:
Java, Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell, perl

Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes

Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
Docker/Kubernetes, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT

Ability to work in shifts and support On-call in rotations.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and logical skills.

Customer oriented and a strong team player.

Ability to work in a team and individually.

Optional:

DevOps tools and framework experience

BMC Certified Service Professional in Control-M Version 9

Experience working in the banking / financial institution

French language proficiency to comunicate with the client
