Our client is a global leader in the energy industry, specialized in subsea and surface technologies integrated projects, products, and services.
About the role:
- Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) & Learning Plan _
- Conduct annual LNA exercise at organization, department and individual levels, including analysis of information relating to the development investment requirements from appraisal forms.
- Work with HRBP/line managers on development planning for staff. Collate annual training plan.
- Learning and Development Administration _
- Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies.
- Support the learning requirements for employees by sourcing, developing and implementing learning programmes that equip the Company staff with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
About you:
- 5 to 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
- Recognized Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Train the Trainer Certification (preferred)
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
