Job Description- Attending to phone and walkin customer inquiries at the Information Counter
- Assisting in the shopping mall promotional activities such as gift redemption, gift vouchers, events, membership, etc.
- Handling all other related administrative work as requiredRequirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level
- Related experience preferably in the customer service industry
- Customeroriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to commit shift hours including weekends and public holidays
- Mature personality and able to work well under pressure
- Shift hours
- Morning (10am to 6pm), Afternoon (1pm to 9pm)
- 6 days work week
