About the Team

Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators.

We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversight of product moderation process as well as moderation checkpoint reviews; evaluating existing platform listing and moderation strategies for gaps and improvement; planning & arranging moderation implementation strategy.
  • Responsible for the listing & moderation business implementation, interaction, differentiation of moderation strategy. Defining moderation strategies and driving efficiency improvements across the team.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-function and global teams to determine the direction and focus of strategy optimization.
  • Responsible for the operation of Global E-Commerce listing moderation algorithm, models, tools, and other automated products; familiar with the building and training of listing moderation models and tools for Global E-Commerce platforms; capable of continuously optimizing and iterating relevant products through product operation means.
  • Establish mechanisms for iterative optimization of strategy rules, project interaction and collaboration, emergency analysis and evaluation, etc., so as to achieve the closed-loop ecology of listing moderation strategy composition, release, implementation, emergency response, and iteration.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree or above, with at least 5+ years work experience in Global E-Commerce moderation operations or product operations.
  • People management experience in managing multi-cultural/multi-location teams.
  • Data conscious with strong analytical ability to review and summarise problems; good at systemic problem solving.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of listing and moderation ecosystem, or other relevant fields.
  • Familiar with moderation management products; have product operation mindsets; able to convert operational problems into product operation solutions.
