Operation and Sales Executive - Singapore - AMICI EVENTS & CATERING PTE. LTD.
Description
To lead operation team mates at events- To stock take of all equipment
- To order and receive stocks for events
- To update inventory of equipment monthly
- Duties will involve till operation, food service, customer service, cleaning tables, dishwasher operation, coffee machine operation and general cleaning duties as required.
- To report to the Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor any matters of concern which affects the daytoday operations of the department.
- To communicate efficiently and effectively in a friendly and positive manner with visitors and other members of staff and management to create a pleasant atmosphere at all times.
- To ensure a clean and tidy appearance at all times work.
- To load and unload equipment after event
- To ensure all equipment are cleaned and wrap
- To ensure all stocks and equipment are store at designated area
- Followup with ongoing catering client to adhere with their request for the events.
- Handle catering sales enquiries and request
- Respond to all sales inquiries accurately and promptly in a professional manner.
- Generate new corporate client list through telemarketing and/or direct sales visitations to clients and potential clients
