Responsibilities:
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including office upkeep and housekeeping duties.
- Handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage suppliers.
- Coordinate both local and international shipments.
- Provide assistance with stocktaking procedures and packing items for shipment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' Level.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
