Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Corporate Learning Centre (CLC) of SIA Human Resource Division.He/she will design, build and launch engaging micro-learning experiences that drive real performance outcomes. He/she will translate complex topics into short, mobile-enabled lessons using modern authoring tools,
AI-driven video,
and open-source platforms.
- Design micro-learning content aligned to business goals microlearning best practices (just-in-time,
spaced practice,
scenario-based). - Develop interactive modules with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline)
and produce AI/animated video explainers using tools like Synthesia or alternatives.
