- Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system;
- Carry out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements;
- Designing and developing the test cases and procedures or test automation solution;
- Preparing the test environment;
- Executing the test procedures;
- Logging and tracking defects to closure; and
- Conducting test reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recognised degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering with at least 3 years' relevant experience in executing testing or developing test automation solution involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems;
- Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to carry out testing with the objective to contribute towards a better quality software/system;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;
- Familiarity with the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;
- Relevant experience and competence with the tools used for test management, configuration management and defect tracking;
- Familiarity with database administration;
- Certification in software testing;
- iExperience in micro-payment or Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Card; and
- Skilled in executing testing or developing test automation solution
