    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client specializes in Engineering Design & Consultancy Services in the Energy Management & Clean Energy System. They are looking for experience candidates for the role of Construction and Project Manager - Solar Projects

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage and coordinate all aspects of solar project construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    · Mentor and lead a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.

    · Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.

    · Oversee procurement activities, sourcing materials and services while optimizing costs.

    · Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

    · Identify and resolve project-related challenges in real-time, employing innovative problem-solving techniques.

    · Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.

    · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

    · Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    · Proven experience in construction and project management, particularly within the renewable energy sector.

    · Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating complex project challenges.

    · Extensive network of vendors and suppliers within the renewable energy industry.

    · Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    · Willingness to travel to project sites.

    Other Information:

    · Office located at Macpherson

    · 6 day work week

    · Salary: From $4500 onwards up to $6500K per month depending on experience
