Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements
• Possess sound technical knowledge in Electronic Security System and all aspect of project cycle.
• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure that the project stays within budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies specific to Electronic Security System Projects
• Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables. Plan direct and indirect onsite resource
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
• Manage stakeholders' relationships and keep them and team members updated on the project progress.
• Identify potential risks specific to projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Develop a risk mitigation strategy and a contingency plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirement :

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and / or Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience with integrated Access Control / CCTV / IP Telephony / Perimeter detection systems
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in the Electronic Security industry.
• Must have sound knowledge of the electronic security systems industry and understanding of system design
• Team-player with strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audiences
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills in dealing with multiple issues & various deliverables
• Experience with government projects or in high security environment
• Certification in Project Management or equivalent qualification
