Your 'day to day'


In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will report to the Manager Digital Trade Activation and Customer Care, and will be responsible for defining the overall vision, strategies and measurable KPIs for our various digital platforms and tools.

You will drive the B2B digital engagement strategy and deployment plans and deliver continuous improvement and enhancements that enable the successful achievement of Commercial performance and brand objectives.


Your accountabilities include:

  • Develop curated media plan for each customer segment to amplify brand and trade program performance. Improve trade activation effectiveness through greater synergies and partnering with other teams in the Commercial organization.
  • Manage ecosystem of 3rd party digital and content transcreation agencies to deliver fresh and impactful digital experience for trade customers.
  • Partner deployment teams to better understand user pain points; craft plans to improve overall user journeys through effective UI/UX enhancements.
  • Analyze tools performance, digital metrics, and platform capabilities to ensure that they support business operations efficiently and effectively. Explore and identify right digital solutions and trends to support ongoing business transformation and uplift commercial organization.
  • As the local product owner of digital platforms and tools, drive continuous improvement and enhancements on digital platform capabilities.
  • Champion digitalfirst mindset, while driving internal transformation to leverage digital solutions to achieve greater commercial effectiveness and efficiencies.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
years' experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, B2B Sales

  • Strategic thinking, proven business judgement, analytical skills and strong stakeholder engagement
  • Previous people management and/or agency management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • High learning agility and curiosity
  • Experience with Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Sales Analytics tools, with working knowledge about technology and trends
  • Experience in FMCG industry to understand B2B sales & marketing strategies
