Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Handle the IT service of infrastructure network, system storage and backup to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems.
• Areas of responsibility include operations and security of network, server hardware, VM, Microsoft Windows servers, and infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, File & Print, and email systems.
• Ensure systems performance, availability, integrity, and security through regular maintenance, patch management, and virus/malware/ransomware protection.
• Respond timely to infrastructure and security incidents on our IT infrastructure and services in HQ and remote sites.
• Track IT infrastructure operational metric and be part of the team to manage and plan performance and capacity.
• Play a key role in IT security including the design, development, implement and maintain IT security policies and systems.
• Monitor, manage and mitigate risks of IT systems to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance and uncover IT security risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft AD & DNS, IIS administration, VMWare, including physical/virtual implementation and operation support
• Strong knowledge in security hardening on Windows operating systems, IIS and SQL.
• Experience with capacity planning and systems/storage operations
• Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS EC2, storage, VPC and related security services beneficial.
• Good communication skills with a driven and motivated working attitude
• Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities and work with minimal supervision
