Data entry job scope

  • Ensure proper filing and any for filling
  • Update and advertise in social media eg. Facebook, Instagram, Company
  • Maintain & update customers' database locally & internationally
  • Generate & update sales personnel of updated customers database
  • Create Customer awareness by phone calls, flyers, mailers etc
  • Handle Road show and exhibition preparation
  • Liaise with Exhibitions' suppliers for designs and necessary preparation
  • Design of art work for advertised of Monzone and our customer
  • Design & update company presentation kit quarterly
  • Ensure proper filing of Docs involve in mentioned job scope
  • All administrative filling job scope

Requirement:


  • Must have the professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Creative multimedia/ design or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Must have an acute eye for detail.
  • Hard working and willing to learn Computer literate.
