What the role is

What you will be working on

  • The incumbent supports the organization and is responsible for the overall User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) of the organization's digital assets and enhancing experience via online channels such as but not limited to SCB's corporate website, blogsite, and other digital assets. He/She will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design, shape system/platform enhancement projects in the Centre to identify the features/technologies for different stages of the audience's digital footprints leading to a unified experience leveraging on SCB's digital assets.

He/She is responsible for the following:

  • Solutioning for Target Audience
  • Develop and update User Interface and User Experience playbook with latest trends and practices for SCB stakeholders to adopt and ensure consistent practices and guidelines across SCB digital assets.
  • Work with key department to gather business and technical requirements, review design plans for feasibility, practicability and assess budget and completion timeframe.
  • Online Engagement, Conversion and Retention
  • Ensure a seamless digital User Interface and User Experience to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Delivery of Personalised Experience
  • Analyse the customer relationship and loyalty data.
  • Understand user requirements, identify design problems, propose, and implement solutions.
  • User Interface and User Experience Design Process
  • Translate concepts into intuitive user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and mockups for different platforms.
  • Adopt usercentric design thinking approach to rapidly test and iterate designs.
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, System Owners, Business Users and vendors to define and implement solutions with suitable UIUX that align with business direction.
  • Assist in conceptualising customer journey and desired outcomes.
  • Writing approval paper.

What we are looking for


He/She must possess excellent communication, presentation, analytical and negotiation skills, is a problem solver with a positive and adaptive mindset.

He/She must be familiar with the drafting of tender and approval papers as well as tender evaluation.
