Overall Description:


The Commercial Strategy Manager will provide support to the Head of Business in developing the overall commercial & go-to-market strategy from definition of processes, to strategic account planning process, to market and account research.

S/He will drive the creation, optimization and implementation of commercialization initiatives


The role is responsible to assess evolving market dynamics and recommend a fit for purpose sales organization and KPIs to achieve commercial objectives and deliver superior customer values.

The role also provides support in setting up of alliance partnership contract.

Finally, the role will also provide support to key commercial stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and/or presentations, tracking of key account performance, regional trends, stakeholder management and overall commercial strategy and planning.

  • Dashboards development to track performance
  • Analysis and Decision-Making Support
  • Business case development, scenarios building and modelling
  • New Product Planning including NPV analysis
  • Create key commercial presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Post graduate degree will be considered as a plus
  • 48 years of relevant experience in commercial functions (e.g. Marketing, Product Development), strategy functions (e.g. Strategy, Business Development) and / or management consulting experience in related projects and segments, with a focus on B2B products and services
