We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Value Team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various administrative tasks, handle incoming inquiries, and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Make an Impact by:
- Perform the submission and processing of Service & Purchase orders in support of teams
- Managing fixed asset tagging and sighting exercise for the department
- Monitoring and managing closure of orders; SO/PO/GRS (ie. working with internal teams to follow up on their respective areas)
- Monitoring and following up of invoicing and payment from external partners/parties
- Support the department Annual Operating Process (AOP) exercise and monitoring of spending records
- Schedule regular meetings, booking of conference rooms for Management team and liaise with other parties (internal or external including vendors) involved in the meetings
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation & generation of regularly scheduled reports
- Carry out administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Resolve administrative problems, and implement improvements to make them more efficient
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Book travel arrangements
- Order & manage office supplies & equipment
Skills for Success
- Diploma in equivalent discipline
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
