Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function including
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable transactions including verifying and inputting journal entries into SAP system
- Matching of invoices with proper approvals for payment processing
- Liaise closely with counterparts in Asia Pacific and assist in monthly closing of accounts for Asia Pacific entities
- Review and manage staff claims reimbursements
- Prepare monthly account schedules and bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist to prepare GST and other tax returns
Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or related field
- Experience in full spectrum AP function for at least 5 to 8 years
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Proficiency in Mandarin as role will be required to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Good communications
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
