Merchandising Control Assistant
The Merchandising Control Assistant is responsible for receiving stock, organizing distribution to stores, and managing inter-store transfers. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations, minimizing stock shortages or overages, and ultimately maximizing sales and profitability. This role plays a vital part in optimizing inventory management processes and supporting overall business goals.

Inventory and Operation Support

Ensure that stocks are properly entered into the system through bulkingin and itemization.
Allocate the right stock to the right store by reviewing stock levels.
Rotate the stocks for better inventory management and higher sales rate
Pack stocks and liaise with dispatchers on delivery and interstore transfers.
Conduct stock counts before and after exhibitions and store opening, ensuring alignment with stock lists.
Perform the submission of invoice from suppliers/vendors in system (Medius).

Merchandising Reporting

Update data and generate adhoc reports as required to support merchandising operations.
Handle adhoc duties as assigned, contributing to boarder goals of the merchandise team.
