Our client is one of the largest contact centre in the world.

They are seeking an Account Specialist ( South Asia) to market their social media products to clients in South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Contacting client who have an appointments made with regards to their needs in the social media product.
Provide them most suited advertisement package according to the budgets and requirements
Identify and analyze customers' issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs.
Convert enquiries to sales

Requirements:

Must have 1 year sales experience in marketing sales and be able to make cold call
Fluency in English language is a must as you are required to liaise with media and agencies that are English Speaking
Working hours Monday-Friday, 11am8pm
