Description
Generate leads and drive industrial gas engineering project sales- Facilitate and manage internal new project initiatives with internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage meaningful relationships with customers and other stakeholders (both internal and external) for industrial gas engineering project.
- Develops sales through value selling of gas engineering solutions to existing and new customers
- Demonstrates the financial viability and incremental value of proposed investment projects
- Regularly provides updates on progress of business cases and internal projects progress and schedule to management
- Leads or supports commercial contract negotiations with new and existing customers
- Works with internal stakeholders such as engineering, quality and engineering department to develop specifications in line with customer, operational or market requirements
- Execute and manages all approved internal new projects until commissioning
- Other duties as assigned by company
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or related Engineering fields
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years technical and business development experience in the chemical, oil and gas, energy, semicon engineering and related industries
- Resourcefulness, effective communication and customer relationship management
- Ability to influence and negotiate; prioritize, meet deadlines; multi task
- Strong leadership, project management and business development skills
- Excellent in English (oral and written)
- Advantageous to possess a car
