We are currently recruiting for IT Support - Helpdesk/Desktop to join the Singapore Office in a growing engineering consulting business.


IT Support - Helpdesk/Desktop

About You


We're looking for someone who loves to learn and share knowledge - someone who can bring a fresh perspective and who constantly seeks better practice for the overall quality of our work and our client experience.


  • Primary responsibility is client support and services.
  • Provide IT support for all users across the business and offices requests and resolve various software and hardware issues.
  • Manage, prioritise, or escalate, Incidents and Service Requests aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Configure, support, and maintain user desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Perform basic server administration; security, file and directory permissions, adding/deleting users, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science
  • 23 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with working across regional offices
  • A team player. Able to interact, communicate professionally and work with colleagues across the business.
  • Schedule driven and selfmotivated
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned
