Job Responsibility:

• Project Management and Quality Improvement.
• Develop or port new technology and transfer to Fab for mass production.
• Product yield improvement and maintenance, in-line, WAT, and yield problem solving.
• Pass reliability qualification.
• New product tape out and pilot handing.
• Pre-production management.
• SOP setup and system maintenance.

Capability:

• Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in FMEA and control plan.
• Knowledge of process development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and avid learner.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2 years of experience in semiconductor industrial and process integration are preferred.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
