Project Associate - Singapore - PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Description

Working Hours: Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm

• Working closely with external survey vendor in collecting and processing of manpower data;
• Troubleshooting any queries from social service agencies (SSAs);
• Keeping track of project timelines and ensuring that all materials and deliverables are in good order; and
• Liaising with SSAs to send them project deliverables (e.g project reports) and to sign up for post-survey briefing sessions.
• Assisting in comms efforts with SSAs;
• Landscape scans on SSAs in the social service sector, manpower and social service-related trends; and
• Simple analysis on the state of manpower in the sector.

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Degree in Business, Social Science, Humanities
• Communicate with external stakeholders, project management
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office software (e.g Word, Outlook, Excel) experience
