    Job Description:
    We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized service over the telephone to customers in our call center, addressing banking products, accounts, and services inquiries in an effective and efficient manner. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, identifying crosssell opportunities, and consistently delivering excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in the call center.
    • Address customer inquiries related to banking products, accounts, and services.
    • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
    • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
    • Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
    Requirements:
