Description
Shipping Documentation- LC / Letter Of Credit
- Trading Industry
Job Scope:
- Full set of import / export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration
- Monthly delivery / sales reports
- Issue payment vouchers
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts
- Provide admin support to the department
Requirements:
- Possess minimum 1 year of Shipping Documentation & Letter Of Credit / LC experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience in SAP is advantageous
- Able to commence work immediately
