    Administrator Role

    A career opportunity has arisen in our Electronics Manufacturing organization for an experienced Administrator to join our team.

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support our day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Attend to office visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
    • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, maintaining inventory levels and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Process Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders, working closely with finance teams to ensure efficient invoicing.
    • Book customer Purchase Orders, notify finance teams for invoicing, and handle internal billing tasks.
    • Collaborate with the Logistics team to prepare shipping documents, sourcing freight forwarders as needed.
    • Update, monitor, and generate reports to track key performance indicators and inform business decisions.
    • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and optimize resources.
    • Liaise with other departments and regional offices to foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
    • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
