- Support full spectrum of Human Capital function related in Human Capital department.
- Implement, manage and standardise the employee life cycle including recruitment and on boarding, performance management system (KPI and IDP), rewarding, employee engagement, training and development, and off-boarding process
- Ensure all employee handbook, disciplinary actions are developed and implemented according to the described policy and procedure.
- Assist in implementation of assigned projects such as salary structure, organization structure, career planning, job evaluation, policy revisit etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management or relevant field.
- Systematic the data controlling / management skills
- Have ability to do and analyze the data, develop template, and data integrated platform
- Have ability to initiative for policy development, business guideline, and implementation
- Good MS-Office skills
- Good Interpersonal and people management skill
- Positive working attitude with ability to work independently
- Willingness to relocate to other countries
