    Description
    Job Responsibility


    • Support full spectrum of Human Capital function related in Human Capital department.
    • Implement, manage and standardise the employee life cycle including recruitment and on boarding, performance management system (KPI and IDP), rewarding, employee engagement, training and development, and off-boarding process
    • Ensure all employee handbook, disciplinary actions are developed and implemented according to the described policy and procedure.
    • Assist in implementation of assigned projects such as salary structure, organization structure, career planning, job evaluation, policy revisit etc.
    Job Qualification


    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management or relevant field.
    • Systematic the data controlling / management skills
    • Have ability to do and analyze the data, develop template, and data integrated platform
    • Have ability to initiative for policy development, business guideline, and implementation
    • Good MS-Office skills
    • Good Interpersonal and people management skill
    • Positive working attitude with ability to work independently
    • Willingness to relocate to other countries
